Core School System
Getting the daily loop running.
- Attendance & term grades
- Teacher time logs (QR clock-in)
- Announcements & calendar
- Adviser’s view & basic reports
- Full data export
A school system for the day’s teaching work and the office’s records — attendance, grades, clock-in, announcements, DepEd forms, and more — in one place your staff and students already sign into.
Teachers take attendance and enter grades on a phone or laptop, clock in at a QR station, and post announcements to their classes. Students see their own grades and attendance once the school releases them.
The office runs roles and permissions, enrolls people, prints DepEd forms (such as SF9 and SF10), and keeps an audit trail of who changed what.
Built for classrooms with uneven Wi‑Fi, phones first, and the privacy rules schools must follow (RA 10173).
Day to day it serves school admins, registrars, principals, teachers, students and — on higher packages — parents.
Attendance, grades, clock-in, announcements and class views — designed for small screens first.
Roles, enrollment, DepEd forms, audit trail and data export in one system.
Their own dashboard, grades (once approved), attendance, announcements and calendar — never anyone else’s records.
On Advanced and Premium, linked parents can view their children’s progress (and message teachers on Premium).
Every school gets the core — accounts and roles, people, classes and terms, audit log, two-step sign-in. Features on top depend on the package.

The office and parents.
A fuller digital campus.
Several schools can share one Gradwit installation; each school only ever sees its own data. Your vendor sets the package and can switch individual features on or off.
Attendance, scanning to clock in, and student views are designed for small screens.
Attendance and score cards keep each save on the device until the server has it, then sync in order.
Permission-based access, hashed passwords, HTTPS, school-level data isolation. The school remains the personal information controller.
